Renting or buying
Hello everyone,
we are thinking of moving to South Ontario, the Lake Simcoe area.
Now I have 2 questions:
1. Does anybody have experience with living in that particular region? Can you recommend it or not?
2. For all you expats: please share your experiences with me: should I buy a house when I come over or rent at first? What is the most effective and/or secure?
