Living Part of Year in Europe

My name is Adam.  I live in New York City.  I am currently looking to live part of the year in Europe - somehow, someway.  I am hoping to reach out to others who have or do live part of the year in a foreign country on a regular basis.  I need all the help/advice I can get.
