i have been living in riyadh for 2 months now and planning to buy a car. there is a gentleman who wants to sell me a honda accord 2010 which has dubai registration . he says he has already applied for the same and spent 1000 riyal .can a person living in saudia buy a car registered in dubai. if not what should i tell this gentleman to show me as proof of saudia registration. plz help asap

The guy is on thin ice with you on seling this car. I smell something wrong. This car may have issues in Fahas or Saudi customs. You don't need anything from this guy else than the saudi registartion in other words the Saudi number plates.
Play safe bro; don't buy troubles.

Yes, saudi registration means saudi number plates.
'Have-spent-1000-SAR' is no argument to be considered.
