House for rent Lalitpur

If anyone knows of an international organization that is looking for a yearly lease on a house in Lalitpur then could you kindly refer them to me?  My wife (she's Nepali) and I have a four bedroom house for lease - furnished, great water supply, marble floors, cable, internet ready, excellent water supply (well and piped-in water), three story house (there is a separate one-bedroom flat on the ground floor) with great views of the Himalaya.
