Myself and my partner are looking at possibly taking on a lease/or buy with a Lao national on a guesthouse with a view to running it ourselves. Has anybody done this? Any advice on where to start?

Best place to start would be to look online. Type ' real estate vientiane 'into your search engine.
It is not easy to find businesses for sale in Laos. Another suggestion would be to email the real estate companies you find online and they may be able to assist you.There area few good agents who advertise online.
