are foreign investors welcome in Swaziland?

Is it complicated to register a company in Swaziland? What is the procedure?

What is the corporate tax rate in Swaziland?

Is it easy to recruit?

Any advice you would share with us?

HI Julien,
It takes approximately one week to register a company and approx. 2 weeks to obtain a trading licence. And corporate tax rate is 30%.If you need further info pleased feel free to ask.

Hi Jason,
I have read your reply regarding registering a company. Could you pl. suggest any accountant / chartered account in Swaziland who takes up the process of registration. I have some more question reg. rents of apartment , rents of warehouse / shops etc. , approx. costs of day to day living, any other details which can help a new comer.
