It is difficult to start a business in Eritrea by an expatriate.I do not know the procedure and the cost.But there are some big hotels by Indian.I believe that they have registered them under some Eritreans name.In my view only Eritreans can start business there.Otherwise we have to register them in any Eritrean's name.Anyway all business has to get Government Certification
