Working in Mexico?
Hello, my name is Ashley and I recently graduated from college with a BA in Spanish and I lived abroad in Xalapa for one year. I am going to work for a little bit here in the states, but I would love to return to Mexico (either Monterrey or Guadalajara...I have family in TX close to Mont). The #1 thing stopping me is the whole economic and job situation. I would love to be able to work for a consulate, but I know it is a long shot. Are there other decent paying job opportunities in Mexico other than teaching english? If not, are there ESL jobs that dont make you work 24/7? I need to earn enough to live obviously, but I also would like to be able to visit my family here in the USA...not just in TX. I appreciate any advice! Please don't be toooo negative!
