finding accommodation

Hi all,
I will be starting new role in Luxembourg end of august, wondering if someone could help with contact on finding place to live ( studio flat or even one bed room ) for a period of 10 month approx. I have been told people lives in Germany and commute to lux on daily basis, I will be open to that I suppose.
Not sure how the rent work in both lux\germany .. will it be based on short let contract, will the bills included ?
could some shet some lights please
