Anybody have any ?'s they should have asked of their future employer before they made the move to KSA.

well... make sure that company has enough finances to pay salary on time.
many big company no pay salary up to 5 and 6 months and there is no easy legal help available in this matter.

I haven't seen any big company who doesn't pay Salary on time.

And for your information the thread is very old !!

The thread may be old, but the subject is still alive.
I m working for one of the biggest construction company
in the Kingdom and our salary is frequently delayed for
few months.
May be locals and white skin people get their salary on time.

Construction companies are well known for delaying salaries.

Q. Inquire about any end of services benefits you will be eligible for at the end of service or contract termination.
Q. Relocation benefits should your location be changed/

etc...

I can think of many from my experience.

- Will you be allowed to change the employer sometime; or on contract expiry?
- If yes, look for the clause of moving to an organization similar in business (competitors) or direct clients.
