I have come across many real estate links for land in Paraguay.

My two favorites are:

Click past the initial announcement and you will see every kind of classification you might want, including real estate (immuebles).  It is like craigslist in the U.S.  The ads are free and people are fishing for high prices.

I really like this one because people are paying to have their ads printed.  I especially like the ones that appear to be for sale by owner.

What part of Paraguay interests you?  I don't know Paraguay well, but I'm thinking Concepcion.
