I know there are a couple of hotels/furnished residences in Bangui but does anyone know about the new hotel that was being constructed by the Chinese in Bangui? Last time I was there in the middle of 2011, the hotel was completed but not yet ready for occupation.
Would appreciate an update about the opening of the hotel as I am scheduled to visit again and could do without staying at JM Residences which have problems with the electricity, internet connection and the restaurant staff not being adequately trained in hospitality industry standards of quality and customer service etiquette.

All Bangui have a problem with electricity its not new(bad for this country)anyway the new hotel its a Libyan hotel not Chinese 
and its not available after the war in Libya ! its better for you have a mate room or a friend you know here! the hotel are so expensive here! anyway best regards
