What advice would you give to those looking for shared accommodation in Luanda?
Can you recommend specialized local websites or newspapers?

I am afraid it isnt unless in a work context ( i.e expats from the same company).Its a very traditional environment where people live with their families until the marry.
But maybe you can start a new flatsharing trend here on the classifieds!
