I suppose because American Samoa is a territory of the USA, there are no resources dealing with moving to the island Tutuila. Perhaps someone is reading this that may assist me. Alternatively, any information on the nation of Samoa will be most welcomed. Thanks, all.

Just make sure to differ between American Samoa and just Samoa. As Samoa is not administrated by USA but American Samoa is.

You have American Samoa which is US administered and then there is Western Samoa.
