Looking for furnished house or large apartment to rent in Munich

I will be relocating from California to Munich in July with my husband and two children, and we are looking for a very nice furnished house or large apartment (3+ bedrooms) to rent for one year. Our ideal property would be located in a nice neighborhood with good access to the city, have at least a small yard, and a park within walking distance. I'd appreciate any leads!
