moving to buenos aires
i am planning on moving to BA in july to live for twelve momths, with my partner from colombia i will, be working out of the country for 3 months at a time ,, will i need a visa? , also we want to get married in BA , we are a gay couple and i want to bring my partner to europe eventually
can we get married in argentina? i also heard its possible to be married in Urugauy any clues will be appreciated

I know you can't get married in Argentina. not sure about Uruguay.
