Have you never been there? Why are you interested in living there? I like some of the food, but not all. It is certainly better than the food I have had in some other West African countries, Guinea is so fertile you can watch the maize get taller each day. My favourite is grated cassava which is then dried in the sun for a few days then steamed and on top there is some cucumber, tomato, onion, some fried fish and a vinegar and oil dressing. Delicious.
