Looking for somwher to have a caravan near gibraltar

Hello

Im looking to start a small business as a ‘handy man’ in Gibraltar / Southern Spain this September (2009) and I am looking for somewhere to put a caravan to live in with my wife until we get established and can afford to rent / buy in Gibraltar or Spain.
We are looking for somewhere quiet so if someone has a finca with some land where we can park up that would be perfect.
We would like to be a close to Gibraltar as possible and if anyone can point us in the right direction of a suitable camp site etc that would be great.

For reference in my business I will be doing almost any jobs around the house including painting, plumbing, joinery, cleaning etc etc anything considered. I am also a fully qualified antique furniture restorer.
