is it difficult for expats to open a bank account in Eritrea ?

Which documents are required to open a bank account in Eritrea ?

How long does it take to open it ?

Is there any restriction for expats regarding the services (loans for instance)  ?

Which bank would you recommend ?

It is not a difficult task.To open an account we e have to produce our visa,passport and a supporting letter from the Ministry.But I dont think a foreigner can have loan
