Hello, my name is Laura.  I am from Michigan, USA, and in under a month I will be living and teaching English in South Korea.  I am excited to learn from all of you who have lived abroad in Korea and elsewhere.  Already I have found a lot of valuable information on this site.

I am writing a blog to keep my friends and family up-to-date on my experiences, but I would also be willing to answer questions about Korea as best I can after I get there, and to receive feedback on my posts.  The title is "lost in translation" and it can be found at laura-in-korea.blogspot.com.  Thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge and experiences!
