Apply for pr

I am applying for student visa for my 6 kids to study in a state primary school in Perth. I will be able to get a student guardian visa. How can i change that visa to a working visa or can my husband apply for pr after buying a property in Perth?

Re: Apply for pr

Hello.

Please visit immi.gov.au which is the official Australian Immigration website.

According to the website, if you are applying for a student guardian visa, you can't apply for permission to work.

In regards to your question about your husband, you did not state what type of property your husband is buying. I do not believe buying any property (house)would qualify anyone to apply for a permanent residence visa.

Now if you are talking about managing a new or existing business or investing in Australia(you will have to research what this specifically means), that would only be provisional visa. Later on that applicant may apply for a permanent residence visa. Check out the link below.
