Working conditions in Abu Dhabi government schools for EFL Teachers

Hi,

I read one of the postings stating that teachers in government schools can earn up to 5000 US a month. Is this really true, and does it apply to English as a foreign language teachers, if such ELT exists in governement schools. If it isn't against the rules please send me an email to pauldavies2002[at]hotmail.com

Please let me know of the motivational level of the students in these governement schools-are they hardworking and motivated?
