Belize Fishing
Hello All,
I will be heading down to AC in May of this year. I was wondering if I could trouble you with a few questions regarding doing some fishing while I'm there? I plan to pay for 1 guide to do some flat fishing only 1 time (as I'm sure you're aware it can be pretty pricey.)
However for the rest of my trip I'm bringing my own spin rod and reel but plan on purchasing tackle when I arrive. I've been told you can fish from docks etc, and my resort seems to have a pretty big dock and claims you can fish daily from it. Is it a good idea to buy tackle when I get there? Lure's, leaders, hooks, weights etc? Or should I gear up in the states and bring it with. Candidly not my first choice. Any advice you can provide me would be extremely helpful and I would be grateful for. I love fishing and if I can, will be doing it as much as possible.
