Cost of Living in Lisbon

Hi,

I am planning to come to Lisbon for work and I would like to know the cost of living in Lisbon and how can I go about looking for renting a place to live.
My work place will be in Rato

It willl be great if anybody can help me with the approx cost of following:

- shared accomodation for a couple
- independant studio accomodation for a couple
- cost of food for a month for a couple.
- cost of electricty,water,cooking gas for a month.
- cost of transportation considering work place at Rato
- cost of internet & phone.
