Seek help locating former foreign exchange student from Chiang Mai

Would any ex-pats have advice on how I might track down a friend from high school, a Thai foreign exchange student? 

We lost track of her after graduation and all we know other than her name, JUNPEN NOIARDHARN, is that she was from Chiang Mai and planned to attend the university there after returning from the United States. 

Some of our class members expect to be in Thailand soon and would like to find her.  A fee can probably be worked out for anyone who would be willing to do some local detective work such as contacting the University alumni office.
