Im a lively, energetic person who tries to make the most of every minute of every day. My favourite things include travelling, electronic music, food & wine, dancing, writing, nature, being naked I thrive on the unique, crazy experiences that come with being a nomad and will rarely shy away from anything or anyone. When I first decided to go travelling, I never even planned on visiting Argentina, but a chance encounter lead me to a family from Patagonia, in the south of the country, who wanted someone to live with them and help them learn English. I jumped at the opportunity, for I was still far from ready to go home, and so abandoned my flight from Rio de Janeiro (losing 4oo quid in the process) and jumped on a plane to Buenos Aires instead. After spending a month with the family, I returned to Buenos Aires to look for work and managed to find a job with a travel agency, who specialise in travel across Argentina and parts of Brazil. I was promoted to English Content Manager after writing a string of successful travel articles and am still here now, doing pretty much exactly what I want to do.
I joined expat.com on 14 January 2014.
