I was previously the C.E.O. of a highly professional & profitable company in Botswana , for +11 years & retired in June 2013 . I am a South African by birth & originate from Johannesburg . For the past few months I have been consulting as a Project Manager in the Civil Engineering /Building/ Precast Concrete / Industrial fields . The current economy in Botswana , especially in the Civil Engineering & Building Construction industries has made it extremely difficult to find work in these environments . I invested in property both in Botswana & South Africa as my retirement funds , however due to the current decline in property sales it is extremely difficult to sell these properties . I have executive houses in Phakalane , Gaborone , Botswana & Plettenberg Bay , Southern Cape , South Africa . I need to sell these properties urgently & would appreciate any assistance on this matter .
