Introduction

I am an American expat living in Dubai for seven years and decided to start a blog about my blonde adventures in the region. Goldielux.ae is a blog that highlights the evolving cultural tapestry in Dubai and the Arabian Gulf. It explores the emerging art scene and regional fashion throughout the region.

Expat experience

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

I'm currently in process of starting a resort wear fashion line and shifting to work in more creative industries. I enjoy art, fashion and cultural events. I've been studying Arabic for a few years and host an Arabic conversation group for expats and native speakers who wish to socialize and refine their Arabic language skills. I also practice Hatha Yoga, Muay Thai boxing and Tae Kwan Do.

Dubai is a city that is constantly evolving, full of new places to explore and abundant opportunities. I enjoy the diversity and mix of cultures here in the UAE.

All places have their challenges. But I would have to say Driving & Traffic
