I am in Cape Town, South Africa. I am married to Eddie Mostert who is currently in Belize with our only child, Son Warwick. Eddie is a Credit Analyst who worked for Nedbank for over 20 years and my son is looking to secure a position on an oil platform as a junior rigger or roustabout as he has just completed his certification. I am a private educator and I teach private Cambridge students at my tutoring business in CapeTown, South Africa. As a family we are looking to establish ourselves in Belize either in our own business or if my husband can secure work in a bank or private company whichever comes first. Teaching in Belize would be my last option. I do enjoy teaching Mathematics and business and I would only consider as very small contingent of students if I decided to continue teaching. I am also a qualified Real Estate broker. I might be considering real estate and maintenance but on the other hand I am a highly skilled chef and my forte is catering and function co-ordination. I would like to manage a resort where I would be able to combine my catering and function coordinating skills. The ultimate for me would be to train, offer skills development, employ and involve as many locals and local businesses in a function and catering business in Belize, offering our services internationally in order to attract visitors to Belize.
