Introduction

I live in Chicago and I'm about to purchase a condo in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. I plan to retire to PR within 5 years. God Willing! Purchased that condo in 2010! Next step is to move to PR, which will not be until a few more years. Until then, I have my condo and I visit PR twice a year. I also rent out as a vacation rental when I'm not using it.
