Establish project cost budgets, schedules and resource requirements. Controls project costs and approves invoices. Assign project staff and coordinate staff efforts. Control procurement and assure compliance to contract requirements. Serves as liaison between the project staff and other company departments. Review and approve project specific requirements. Serves as the collection point for project reports of non-conformances and changes in project documents and activities. Procure subcontractor items or services. Gathers project related informations from the client and other entities. Transmit changes in project scope to all affected personnels. Determine the effects of non-conformances and changes in the project, the means of controlling further processing related activities affected with appropriate reports being transmitted to the owner / its representatives. Interface with the client via meetings and conferences along with other concerned authorities as per clients directives. Direct instructions to project personnels assuring activities be executed complying to Specifications, tendered contract documents or any associated instructions issued by the clients / its representatives and other state governing agencies. Reviews and evaluates for approval shop drawings, material, construction methodologies, field change request (FCR), request for informations (RFI) and construction baseline schedules tendered by contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers under architectural discipline. Coordinates with other related disciplines and conducts site and material inspections. Monitors site progress and attends to coordination meetings and prepares relevant documents such as site inspection reports, minutes of meeting and other related correspondences.
