I'm an American living in Barcelona since September of 2008. However, my husband and I have had an apartment here for some time, so I have had a long time to get to know the culture and the language(s). My blog is about my experiences living abroad, as well as musings on language and literature.

Cant d'Ocell

I'm an American girl who married a boy from Barcelona. I'm a poet, editor, and translator, and I'm trying to write a dissertation. "Cant d'ocell" means birdsong, and is the Catalan translation of my last name. This blog is about life abroad, languages, travel, food, poetry, and anything else worth a bit of thought.
