Introduction
I work in the oilfield and travel in my free time. I have lived abroad in Venezuela for a year and have since moved back to the USA. This however is not the end of my blog or traveling. I hope to live abroad again and continue to share my adventures and rig life with others.

Expat experience
I moved here to work but there was very little work so I spent most of my time traveling around the country and learning about my new home.
I enjoyed the natural beauty of Venezuela and the people were excellent.
The political and economical situation of the country made it difficult to obtain basic food and living staples. Political protests were happening where I lived and created difficulty moving about freely.
I live out of my car traveling from job to job.
