PRO ELECTRON - 1983 – 1984 Founded Pro Electron in 1983 Carried out electrical contracting, new installations, repairs and maintenance up to 3-phase, 1000V Contracted to Club Med as a stage and decorative lighting engineer throughout 1984 SIEMENS - Jan 1985 – Oct 1989 First appointment as Senior Technician PHILIPS - Nov 1989 – Dec 1990 First appointment as Sales Engineer Duties: selling of PABX systems April 1990 - Relocated to Hermanus, Western Cape, renovated and rewired a house, and built and installed cupboards for two kitchens during balance of 1990 OLD MUTUAL (Hermanus)Representative, awarded Club 51 beginners prize for new business competition 1992 Awarded certificates of merit with Mutual & Federal Silver and gold merits 1994 Gold merit 1995 Silver merit 1996 Duties: sales of insurance, assurance, unit trusts, shares, setting up of wills and investments.
