This site is about an Aussie in Hong Kong who aims to have lots of fun exploring the city and learning about the culture and its people. I enjoy learning Beginner’s Mandarin, Mahjong (Cantonese Style), Photography, Chinese Cooking and Chinese Knots. In particular, I enjoy designing Chinese knot jewellery with a Western twist!
