Did I Sign Up For This?! An Expat Mom's Life
I am a former marketing professional and working mom who left the States in 2003 with my husband and 2 young kids to live the exciting life of a "trailing spouse." For two years we lived in Bangkok, Thailand and have lived in istanbul, Turkey since August 2005. Raising two kids is exciting enough as it is, but throw in attempts to build a new career, new languages, new cultures, and lots of long-haul flights and watch the sparks fly!
