I am of the most well known chefs in Vermont for the past 20 years. My husband and I own and run Ariel's restaurant, a fine dining, European style restaurant in the heart of the beautiful green mountains. I have received award nominations and kudos from the Boston Free Press and New York Times for my exciting farm to table cuisine. We are looking to move to San Miguel from November to May, and I would like to cater, teach cooking classes and guest chef if possible.
