My name is Rory, I am a young aspiring chef. I studied in college for a year doing my NVQ 2 in professional cooking. I have also worked as a bar staff supervisor for a year, this also included waiter and porter duties. I am interested in moving to Amsterdam for an indeterminate amount of time as I feel I have achieved all I can whilst living in Northern Ireland.
