I have worked for more than sixteen (16) years combined in the business, project management, banking and financial sectors with solid experience in the management of non-governmental, civil society projects, the development of project and program plans, finance and project reporting, monitoring & participatory evaluation and effective stakeholders collaboration and management. I am proficient in the use of key project, management tools and strategies some of these tools are listed below: • Sustainable Livelihood Approach (SLA) I use my SLA skills to identify, develop, implement and to manage organizational and community projects. • Result Based Management (RBM) I use my RBM skills to identify, develop, monitor & evaluate and to manage community and organizational projects. I also use the RBM strategy for project reporting, participatory evaluation and analysis. • Strategic Planning (SP) I use my SP skills to develop community and organizational strategic vision, mission, programs and objectives. • Proposal writing (PW) I use my PW to assist organizations in the private and public sectors to write successful project proposals for implementation within their organizations and communities.
