Introduction

I spent four months in Ecuador in 2011 and just loved it and am living in Bahia de Caraquez full time now.My health has greatly improved and I'm sleeping much better and am able to do a lot of walking.I go swimming every day and enjoy watching the sunset every night.

I joined expat.com on 27 March 2013.

I can speak English
