Working as a Sous Chef as a role of an Executive Sous Chef by managing 32 staffs (4 outlets) in THE K HOTEL, under management of the GULF HOTEL GROUP from 2010 up to present in the Kingdom of Bahrain and I was been employed 11 years (1995 - 2006) in the GULF HOTEL, as a position of Sous Chef for last 5 years (from 2001 up to 2006) GULF HOTEL - a five star luxury hotel, which is well known in the Gulf countries. I have a vast experience in managing kitchens, which will be of immense use in your esteemed organization.
