I am Sankaralingam. I got married and I have one child. I have 8+ years of total experience in the field of windows system administration. In my current company, I am the single point of contact for any IT related issues. I have completed my schooling in my native place itself. I have completed B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering in St. Xaviers catholic college of engineering under Anna University with 66%, passed out 2006. My father is a farmer and mother is housewife. I have one sister, who got married, and has 3 children. My family lives in my home town. Monitoring and analyzing the network traffic and health of the Linux servers through monitoring tools Xen Center, Logalyze, Cacti, Nfsen, Blue box, Fusion PBX and Free PBX Configuring and monitoring the health of Active Directory and Servers. Troubleshooting the servers all problems like, Authentication, Permission and Replication and Group Policies. Linux Servers Administration from installation to troubleshooting( Servers : Web Apache/Windows IIS, Postfix Mail, Dovecot, FTP with VSFTPD, Asterisk, Mysql, Cron, DNS, TFTP for IP Device Provisioning, Squid Proxy Server, SSH, Putty, Citrix Xen Center) Working with Asterisk Dial Programming and database Integration Custom IVR setup and programming and Telecom Billing setup (A2Billing) Configuration of VoIP based Phone service setup and calling card Application Setup. Call center setup for both inbound and outbound CMS and BMS Implementation for Business intelligence Configuration of DID mapping, provisioning, SIP /PSTN trunking and SIP DIDs Multi lingual IVR integrated with database and TTS engine integrations, call recordings, Call Detail Reporting, Remote Installation/Support for asterisk Working with Cisco routers and switches and Juniper Firewall Having knowledge with ASP.NET with C#, Visual Studio 2013&2012, MVC 4.0, Microsoft SqlServer 2012&2008&2005, My SQL& Mysql workbench 6.0 VPN Configuration
