Days on the Claise
The diary of an Australian couple buying a house and moving to France. We have just discovered that parts of the house are 800 years old. At the moment the house is being restored - slowly - so we have plenty of time to explore the area, and the little things of French life that are so different to life in Aus. We moved into the house in May 2009. No Bathroom, no hot water, and no heating, but we are hoping to have trhis all done before winter arrives.
