Introduction
Coming from "occupied" Palestine as Director of a new township project. Left due to the political uncertainties and went to Libya to develop more 'new townships'. Talk about political uncertainties!! Now semi-retired back in San Diego waiting for family matters to settle. THEN, off to to live 'hopefully' in Central America.
