I live mainly as a tourist on a daily basis, discovering new things about Madrid, taking photos, meeting people, trying bars and restaurants and sharing it with the masses through my blog, message board, and other social media outlets.

I've owned a Spain-focused Travel & Tourism company in Madrid, Spain since 2005 but, beforehand, did this as a hobby starting in 1996.

Ce que j'y aime:

Incredible food, wine, history, and life in the streets. Beautiful architecture, fashion, and monuments. Wonderful weather 9-months of the year. A very dry, arid climate, which is nice.

Ce que je n'y aime pas:

The summers are too hot for me, but they only last 3-months.

Worked as a geologist for an environmental consulting company in Dayton, Ohio and later worked for the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency in Columbus, Ohio.

Ce que j'y ai aimé:

Early opening hours and late closing hours. 24-hour supermarkets. Ohio autumns are beautiful and the weather, in general, are all well represented. I love the winter snow.

Ce que je n'y ai pas aimé:

Summer humidity can be a bit much.
