Cali-2-Rio

I'm from beautiful California but looking to explore the opportunity to live and work in my fantasy city of Rio de Janeiro. I am a fanatic for sports, particularly soccer, American football, scuba diving, skiing, running, tennis and mountain biking. Professionally, I'm in training as a junior medical physician (orthopedics) and would ideally love to have the chance to continue my training in Rio where the English language might be of value. I've also taught English for 7 years on my free time to students of all age groups and levels of expertise, including business English, medical English as well as conversational English. I have also taught the biological sciences at the university systems (UCLA and California State University, Northridge) and would additionally be thrilled to be afforded the opportunity to teach at any university in or near Rio, where an English-medium curriculum is of great interest and need. I'm exceedingly interested to move to Rio at the earliest possible time, as I would really like to secure a nice position that will ultimately enable me to reside as a resident in Brazil in the near future. I'm absolutely convinced this would be a career move and opportunity for me to do exactly what I've always hoped to do in my life. I now need a little luck and hopefully some guidance or connections that can make my dream come true.
