About me

Digits Interactive is a Web-based Virtual Contact Center working with hundreds of Remote Agents from home providing services to their various clients since 2008. As a remote agent you will be required to login to your work online rather than coming into our office.

Job Opening and Details:
Digits Interactive is currently recruiting telemarketers from U.S.A., Canada, Philippines, Malaysia, India, Romania and Dubai to work for an outbound travel appointment setting and tour generation project.

Agent will receive calls on their computer and talk to pre-selected customers and set appointments with the customers to attend a presentation for different travel companies.

Requirement and Compensation
- Requirement is to Mature 3 Qualified Appointments per week to maintain job status.
- Compensation varies between $60 USD and $75 USD on every Matured and Qualified Appointment based on weekly targets. This is strictly a performance-based job.
- Pay is weekly.
- Payments can be provided by checks, Pay Pal, wire transfer, Western Union and bank deposits where applicable.

Our current agents for Asia Pacific region average $192 USD per week (based on figures calculated for the period of Jun-Aug, 2009)

Note: Leads / Dialer / Long-Distance is all part of the Call System which is provided to the agent. Agent will only need a computer with a good headset. This is NOT a home-based business opportunity. This is strictly a job requiring you to complete your assigned hours per week.

Process
Once your application is received and is considered, you will be e-mailed the job description and overview of the project, and an interview questionnaire that needs to be completed and sent within 24 hours. Your interview will be conducted, followed by call system setup, project training by our Executive Trainer (2 hours for 2 days). Upon completion of the training, you may begin your work as per the schedule decided and discussed with your team manager.

Mandatory Requirements
- Fluency in Spoken English
- Complete 20-30 hour work week. Schedule can be discussed with your Team Manager.
- Long-term working capacity – 3 to 6 months.
- Pentium III with High-speed uninterrupted Internet Connection with sound-card and headset.
- Noise-free environment during working hours
