About me

Hi, I’m Angie and this is my Blog about La Martiniè which is the home that I share with my husband (David) in The Midi Pyrenees in South West France, and the journey that we took in order to find it. Currently, La Martiniè is only a holiday home for us but that is something which I hope to change in the future! Until then, La Martiniè can be rented out for holiday lets and you will find details of this by going to our website www.la-martinie.com and following the ‘Holiday Lettings’ link. Our full time home is in the Surrey countryside where we live with our dogs and our cats, as well as 7 hens and a cockerel. I decided to do a Blog because I have kept a diary since 2007, ever since David and I began house hunting in the South of France so I figured that I might as well do something with it. I hope that you enjoy this Blog as much as I have enjoyed it’s subject matter.
