I am American, and I am now living in Ireland. I am currently in Co. Clare.

About me

I have close family ties in West Cork and Kerry. I came to Ireland for a job in April 2007 and stayed. I have written and self published a cookbook entitled "Coming Home To Cook Vegetarian Recipes Inspired by the Organic Gardens of Ireland." I have created a blog, Vegetarian Ireland, which is about my travels around Ireland selling the book. It will also have information on Farmers Markets, small bookshops, food shops and healthy living.
