Originally from Germany, I have been living and working in the UK/London for the past 5 years. Working in the recovery team at PwC I've been advising underperforming organizations’ on operational restructuring or refinancing issues. My leisure time I spent with organising charitable events, fundraising and then travelling to participate and help charities locally. I always knew that I want to work within an environment, helping organisations who give something back to the world; Making an impact with my work, rather than purely for the profit of big corporations. Realization and making such aspirations happen is an exciting process, I’m finally in the action phase! Having taken a sabbatical break from 1/07, I intend to use this time to change careers. Hence I am looking for volunteering opportunities, where I could either apply my sound financial experience or any other chance I could contribute to assist organisations. I speak German, English and French fluently.
